My Chemical Romance is good, but they have to learn to lighten up once in a while. Then people won't call them freaks.

Ok i hate what these guys turned into but i guarantee that all these poor ratings are from metal heads(who like me) were skeptical of this band, bnut are prejudice and falaming it because they havent even tried to listen to this album and are just bashing it. The first half of this cd sucks, starting at house of wolves it kicks ass, except cancer that song sucked. Darkest piece ever written yeah suuuure, but it is sad and thats what cancer is like, but it is just sad not dark. Cannibal Corpse is dak and sick cancer is sad and weepy. This is still the only emo i will ever listen too.

A) Dead! is the best track off the album.
B) No.
C) We've established Cancer isn't the darkest song ever.
D) This isn't emo.

This is still not emo. We have an emo section of the site. This is under pop punk. Kind of a noticeable difference, wouldn't you say?

my chemical romance is definitely not emo. this album's concept isn't even about sadness and all that emo marlarkey.

still don't like MCR though. though i know a few people who worships them.

I have no Easter candy on hand and both of the radiators in my dorm are currently set to Apocalypse with no off-switch. Eating is the last thing on my mind.

FANTABULOUS REVIEW! I liked this band....for like a week. Hahaha. I like how you say their songs are unoriginal and you can easily compare them to older singles of other bands.

I remember I instantly thought about "Bohemian Rhapsody" the very first time I heard the first few seconds of "Welcome to the Black Parade."

Then I forgot all about it and realized what a great song "WttBP" was.

Also, I think the unmentioned "Mama" and "Famous Last Words" are well worth the download. This Message Edited On 04.21.07

I saw in the review you said Tommy failed as a concept album, and I must say I think that's wrong.

Thats all.

I saw part of their set last night, which included Teenagers, Sleep, Famous Last Words, Cancer, and Helena. It was pretty cool. This album is still really really good.
