yea you know me lol idk about number 1 theyre way up there. top 3 at least. if we're talking allll of post hardcore then ghost atlas (which should be of zero surprise considering my boundless erra enthusiasm lol), say hello to sunshine era finch, thursday, translating the name era saosin, kurt era a lot like birds/dgd, and glassjaw are my mainstays but a lot of those are like early foundations of my taste in the genre so hard to rank anything alongside em (a lot of them are also going for different things than this is, for post hardcore is broad as helll). this still rules so hard tho and i am so hyped to see where they go from here

Good picks. Gotta rejam Say Hello to Sunshine cause I always leaned fully into What It Is to Burn. Haven't jammed Finch in a hot minute in general.

i also think Lead Hands (previously known as Decoder) get overlooked. probs because they only released one lp.
