New single is very melodic but still brings the heavy. I’ve listened to it a couple more times. I might like it more than almost anything from this album, which I enjoyed a lot. The drum sound on this album annoyed me a bit and that’s been fixed.

No dynamics (every hit on the drum sounds like the same hit). Sounds ultra triggered and sterile. The tones, at least in the context of this album, just werent great to begin with either. That’s my take.
