U can do all my watching for me

Yeah, Pots, I’m trusting you to spelunk this toilet of a show. I ain’t gonna watch that shit

There was a whole long section without him that strikes me as somewhat loyal to what the beginning of the show would have been with the original director and it’s pretty good / funny, but literally the moment Abel sets foot on set everything redeemable and promising up to that moment is defiled. He immediately brings out Sam Levisons every worst impulse and amplifies it to 1000. He’s also a terrible creepy slimey disgusting actor and not in a way that propels his terrible creepy disgusting character. Holy fuck the closing scene of the first episode is one of the worst things I’ve ever seen televised and you know Abel had a fucking full on for the whole thing and thought he was so cool.
Also he has a RAT TAIL in it and rolls up to his second scene looking like he’s at a Star Wars convention dressed as a jedi
|
| |
If you’ve ever had any reservations about what kind of person Abel is you only need to watch him act for about four seconds to truly know
|
| |
A rat tail?! Jesus! Proof that some people shouldn’t have access to the money and ego

“ As an actor, Tesfaye definitely lacks the malign charisma that would allow a man to say that and not get slapped”
Facts. He comes off more like he’s just desperate for validation that the gross person he’s become is actually cool and charismatic and not creepy and rapey.
|
| |
😨
all i know, is Tesfaye better stay faaaaar away. He’s not even a super charismatic singer either, not surprising the same rings true for his acting, et al

Goes to show how much a few cool songs in an otherwise mediocre artistic career let you get away with

"Holy fuck the closing scene of the first episode is one of the worst things I’ve ever seen televised and you know Abel had a fucking full on for the whole thing and thought he was so cool"
it gets a thousand times worse in the 2nd ep

🪦

“it gets a thousand times worse in the 2nd ep”
Jesus Christ, how? I don’t think I can even hate-watch it if that’s the case
|
| |
I feel so bad for everyone involved in this project that is not Abel or Sam. It’s otherwise got a great cast and this is not what they signed up for. They deserve better.

Gotta boost that objectivity rating aye pots
|
| |
This show exists solely to stroke the weaknds ego and I read an article where he said the sole purpose of the show is to “piss people off” so by cringe watching the show you are doing exactly what he wants you to do

Oh ok it’s good then I guess or something ha ha

That’s a really cute deflection to make after controversy had already struck and soured his image. Pretty convenient. Interesting that he knew what the entire point of the show was despite the fact that people left because he was ruining it.
|

Your argument would also be a good defence of aiwaz behaviour
|
| |
I’m sure he’s absolutely terrible in the show
