Anyway back to the original point.
From about 1995 to 1999 you went to any ‘underground’ place in the UK for a pint and there would be some fella doing stuff on a mixing desk.
There was loads of it, loads of remix DJ types knocking about and hundreds of compilation albums doing the rounds so by the time SILY came out it sounded very tired to me.
I absolutely love Running Red Lights and say Wildflower is far and away the bands best though so make of that what you will.

tbh i always felt SILY had been whimsied into a nostalgia classic off the face of its sound, so it figures if the same apples to its style
