it really fucking sucks that Tim is so unwilling to let go of his need to ask for forgiveness for what he did, yet at the same time is so uncapable to seem to grasp that he is in no position to try to skew the narrative to his benefit, that is what makes this album so fucking unbearable, it just is so tone deaf, i am willing to say the man did his time and, if he rehabilitated, that is what the criminal justice system should be all about, but this album just lacks so much self-awareness.
im done ranting now, i just really loved AILD maaaaan.

^Quite possible. Was an obvious cash grab attempt and I don't think all the members had truly gotten over the issues they were dealing with (hence Nick's departure after the fact). Just felt like a boring, recycled, uninspired collection of B-sides
