DSO good, hxc also good. I think there’s some other stuff in there somewhere. I appreciate the moments of audible bass, always a nice touch. The vox are vicious, but also emotive. No idea what they’re on about, which I imagine is probably common.

The whole concept behind the record is to essentially detail a crisis of self, with the album acting more as an entire, subdivided song that individual tracks. So it's basically a 40 minute or so emotional meltdown in very blackened, chaotic terms.

That is entirely intentional on their end; it's intended to be a suite, so the album is one song that's broken into separate bits. Makes for an absolutely amazing flow for sure.
