This is really not that bad, I would even say it's their best since Resistance, first 3 singles and Get up and Fight are awful, but Dark Side, Blockades and Algorithm are pretty good, and Propaganda is enjoyable in cheesy way.

This isn't any better or worse than other recent Muse albums post-Black Holes. Muse has been kind of stagnating, the worst this could possibly be is bland, I put it on as background music and it didn't feel the slightest bit unsettling.
