This band just feels so shallow to me.
I get the Opeth comparisons but, to me, they're miles apart in terms of genuine substance.
These guys hit all the right notes don't get me wrong, but they never go above and beyond their confines.
This is the kinda metal I'd listen to whilst doing something else, perfectly listenable but nothing more.
