for real tho. Riffs dont have to 'go' anywhere. What is 'going somewhere'? just a different riff???Especially in certain genres where nuances and subtlety add to the whole just as much. Slight Changes in drum beats can be more prevalent in a lot of slow music (FD) yet still no 'go anywhere'. Its too easy to say 'Oh your arguments are just douchey by saying you dont get FD' But its quiet clear if THATS the main beef then you dont get or have the patience for FD. And I also many times dont.
