Finally rated it and went big because damn this is awesome. There’s a 7 minute instrumental psych track on a death metal album & it might actually be the best thing here, just let that sink in for a minute.

@Firedust: thanks... also I'll admit to being a huge 'Core' fanboy but Persefone's other stuff ranges from average to very good, it's a mixed bag.

Also, Cruciamentum is listed as a similar band so check out Charnel Passages. It really doesn't sound much like this at all, but they're overlooked and deserve a few listens. Album rips hard
