Good review, but I don't understand why people call DEP grindcore.

DEP has grindcore elements, especially on the early stuff. Mostly similar in how noisy and chaotic they are.

metalcore isn't really my thing as you know. Unretrofied is a different song with a different feeling and I happen to like it.

I gave this another listen yesterday, and discovered that there aren't really any flaws with it. It's the perfect album for this genre. OP has a couple of duds, so I'll leave that sitting at a 4.
