An obvious improvement from Instant Gratification in every aspect, but there are still questionable lyrical and awkward vocal delivery moments. These parts seem to be much more forgivable now considering when the band fully connects here, they make great fucking music.

qualifier; DBM is best dgd by fucking MILES, Happiness should be scratched from the record.
I fucking love this album. It nails the soft/heavy formula, cleans are only rivaled by dbm and mess sounds better than anything he's done with dgd. Also, holy shit it sounds like Swan actually did some writing this time. Everything after happiness sounded like the guitar was just made up during recording. Insert lazy riff here, generic shred there.
Drums have always been good. Everything else finally feels intentional on this.
