Monolith and Signal Fire are just bad. I thought the first half of Drift was a bit dodgy, but Neon only has those 2 bad songs so I'm calling it a win. And no, Breach doesn't sound like Ghost Of Nothing, gtfo.

I saw a lot of comments digging those songs elsewhere but the songs disappointed me. The rest of the album is leagues ahead in terms of musicianship. I know technicality isn't automatically superior but on Neon it happens to be.

I thought Neon balanced technicality with catchiness and simpler song structures quite well. It's the best they've ever done in that regard.
