@DreamAgain on For Those Who Have Heart they mixed Pop Punk with Metalcore IN SINGLE SONGS. Since Homesick they somehow started this habit to have 3 Metalcore Songs, 3 Pop Punk Songs, 3 Alternative Rock songs and 1-2 Ballads per Album. That's annoying as hell and definitely an identity issue.

The production holds this back more than anything. Just god fucking awful. Whoever mixed this album should find a new career

I still hold true that whoever mixed this should never produce anything again for the rest of their life.

Andy Wallace mixed this. take a look at his past discography. dude's been mixing classic albums longer than most of us have been alive so I think he gets a pass for one dud

@Hellscythe This sounds like garbage though, how in the world has this gone through? How can one listen to this and think 'okay, this sounds pretty good man!' I think they just had a reaaaaally low budget on mixing/mastering this record cause it all sounds very rough, like there was as little done with the raw tracks as possible

They recorded, produced, released, etc. all of this on their own label right?

It's possible it didn't get the attention it needed due to money or maybe just inexperience.

That isn't the biggest problem with this record though...

Honestly nothing on here has ever bothered me from a production standpoint. Wasn’t even aware that was a common qualm

Okay I guess I'll let it slide this time haha. It's just so muddy and off putting compared to Common Courtesy

I've listened to it at least 10 times

If you hate marshmello point blank this collab prob won't do much for you tho. Its basically marshmello ft Jeremy and some very simple guitar playing
