TBK has been around longer (thus giving it more time to gain votes), user base is on a decline, and the whole Larkin Grimm situation probably scared off potential listeners

it was proven that the allegations were false correct? I remember reading a post from Gira's wife that they had evidence and proof and that they were going to court, but I don't recall if I ever heard a verdict

I don't think so? He basically admitted that something happened but claimed it was consensual. She claimed it happened and she was unconscious when it did. As far as I know that's all that was known?

There are a bunch of conflicting accounts - some people defended gira, some dude accused larkin of falsely accusing him of sexual assault previously, then some people said that that dude was a shithead so his word couldnt be trusted. it's a mess, really, and pretty unclear what the truth is.

it was also claimed that they had a close relationship before "that" happened, and that she mostly just regretted it after the whole relationship fell thru, which is not exactly rape as she claimed
