For real they do not know how to make a decent concept album at all. Where's the variety? Where's the passion? Where's the different moods? Jfc

Went to see them yesterday, Myung actually played a bass-solo that lead into As I Am, in which they fitted a piece of Enter Sandman, and after playing Images & Words in full, they played A Change of Seasons! It was great, eventhough LaBrie sounded like a dead parrot

sounds like a fun show. Didn't Labrie ruin it for you, though? I guess if I can't enjoy the vocalist, the music doesn't do anything for me either.

It was great, LaBrie wasn't as bad as i expected but he just doesn't sound as good live. No problem since the setlist was amazing and they had cool improv's

good to hear that. i'd be glad to attend a concert of theirs, but i was worried it would be mediocre. also a good thing there are improvs, i thought they were doing it by the book. and the setlist is great.

however, daniel seems much more of a duchebag than einar does.

Labrie sounded great in the mid 2000's.....has fallen off big time since then

I think it's creepy how much worse he got from Six Degrees to Train of Thought. The former was a nice surprise after him sounding pretty thin on SFAM imo

I just find it to be dumb fun. I totally get why people would hate this but I do find myself coming back to quite a bit of this, even if it's too long for it's own good.
