@Conmaniac to be honest the only reason I went to the show was to see TWIABP and I ended up enjoying Foxing and TTNG more than them. TWIABP had some things that disappointed me (singing was pretty poor live imo and they didnt do the female vocals because she wasnt feeling well) instrumentals were top notch though. Foxing blew me away, very fun to watch, a lot of energy especially from the singer. TTNG was awesome to watch too just because of how instrumentally talented the guys are.

Just realized I saw them open for meWithoutYou. I had completely forgotten that til someone in this thread mentioned that they had toured together. I definitely remember them sounding awesome. Don't know why it took me until now to actually listen to their material.

I can kind of see these guys touring with MWY but I think them playing with TWIABP and TTNG makes way more sense.

I saw them with mwY and they were fantastic. Their tour with TTNG and TWIABP is here in SLC Wednesday, but I'm not sure it will be worth going since it is an all-ages venue (over by 10) and Foxing is just opening. I'm also not that big on either of the other bands, tbh.

Yeah when I saw them last Friday the vocalist definitely stole the show. TTNG was great too and seemed like literally the nicest people on earth. TWIABP I thought was the best though, even if the vocals were a little off their sound was so fucking huge and immersive

I can't think of any 10 year olds that listen to TTNG, The World is a Beautiful Place..., and Foxing dbizzles lol
and some all ages venues aren't exactly the "best" places too see a band...

I actually like the venue because it is super small, with great sound and I can always get up front. But, I only usually go if the band I want to see headlines.

So, I spent a lot of time with this album this weekend and I reeeeeally love a lot of it. This may be an unpopular opinion here, but the verses on Indica (lyrics aside) are a real low point for me. There is no feeling behind the delivery at all.

Still find this really boring. I have no idea why this is getting so much acclaim honestly

Because, Weave, The Magdalene, Night Channels, Laundered, Redwoods, Glass Coughs, and Eiffel are fantastic little diddies.

They are boring and generic imo

That's okay. I feel a personal connection to the band after seeing them play and meeting them. I don't think its a 5 or 4.5- hell, I'm not even sure it will get a 4 from me, but I really like a lot of it.
