I don't see a reunion happening, but for those who want more music made by these band members, be sure to check out Palms and Sumac.

fuck after listening to their discog twice on a plane this may now be my favorite record of theirs. Such a dreamy sound to it and the drumming is fucking phenomenal. Garden of Light has got to be one of the best songs ever

Girly shit I don't care for? Palms? You act like its a fuckin Bjork record, and people including myself love Bjork. It baffles me how guys are afraid to embrace anything close to feminine sometimes lol

Palms are great. Their album is pretty poorly produced, but the music is very worthwhile.

Heheh thanks! I first listened to Panopticon a few weeks ago and Oceanic today. They're quickly becoming one of my favorite bands.

This takes a few listens to really appreciate I found, it can seem quite underwhelming next to panopticon and oceanic but it's just as good when you really get into it (maybe not quite as good) but Stiill a 4.5 from me

@Mongi123 sorry man, but you are not correct about me. I fuckin adore Bjork, and i have nothing against feminine music. Also girly in this context meant some poppy sound, easily listenable record, which is not i expect from ex Isis team. Aaron T side projects easily beats anything palms in magnitude.. Mammifer is a really something special.

@FullOfSounds nice too see fresh faces in Isis sect.. Enjoy your stay bro. This is the music that grows over years. After so many years, this is still enjoyable listen.

Sorry if that was dickish haha, but I just can't imagine disliking more sensitive type of stuff like that. If it's cheesy, of course, but Palms definitely isn't. I just think it showcases their elegant side very well. Experiencing both sides of the coin is absolutely essential imo
