I only pirate if either a) I buy a used CD that is completely scratched to hell (Kanye's Late Registration) b) If it's released exclusively on tidal/apple music cause fuck that (TLOP, Views) or c) You can't stream/buy the album anywhere except amazon where it is $70 on CD and $200+ on vinyl (Lily's debut).

I've bought about 100 physical albums over the last few years but the way I see it I literally couldn't afford to fimance all the music I listen to (currently unemployed) and I don't exactly want to stop discovering new music so Torrenting is the only way for me for and if I fall in love with a band I'll purchase their music and their merch
