Deftones > Team Sleep > Crosses > Palms, although I think Crosses now has a chance to surpass TS with the new stuff. The songwriting on Palms was there but I didn't like the production on Chino's voice too much, sounded a bit rough.

So, looks like they are going to keep releasing songs throughout the year and then will eventually collect them all on an album down the line. Give me a new song or two every month and I'll be happy.

This is kinda cool, but also kinda eh. Not sure how to feel about it. By the time the album arrives we would have heard most of it and we would have had ample time to listen to each of the tracks so it feels like that complete album experience will be sorta deflated.

I think it works for small unknown pans to get more hype going but this is a Chino project, just drop it and we’ll all play it front to back day one.
