Name one bad lyric / stanza in the entire album. Lyrics going over your head -=- bad lyrics. Not calling you dumb, but only his big fans are going to get many of these references. This is lyrically brillianT in every measurable way... Flow, rhymes, meaning, complexity and purpose. Can't say enough about this, first time I heard singles I hated them, first time I heard album was like meh average, every time since it has gotten better and better. This honestly might even go down as his best work, his topics are actually seriously addressed for once instead of talked about facetiously and he successfully relates his story to an entire society looking for direction. Shit is dope to say the least, sorry y'all cant appreciate it really, give it more spins if you haven't, listening to this once is blasphemy

Also think it's funny how he seems to be forgetting that Hip-hop started as an instrumental deal and MCs didn't come around until much later on

That Hook makes me lol, but yeah the choruses are wack, valid criticism, I just don't care. They all grow over time. You couldn't find any bad lyrics by eminem... I rest my case

I like how you refer to me as "he" like a snob and assume you're right instead of just making your point. Something can be the forte of a genre withou bein the first aspect the genre introduced. Emceeing ( "funny how he seems to be forgetting its not spelled MC ") first in hip hop but became the forte of hip hop. Hip hop was only instrumental for a VERY brief period after Kool Herc, even he added lyrics actually. Point is quite irrelevant but ok.
