Run The Jewels is still the best hip-hop album this year, BUT Old is still very solid, and i'm not sure with rating at this moment. I just don't like the second side as much as I like he first.

Side B > Side A for me. Both are pretty much perfect though. I just think the style of Side B captures DB's energy and craziness way better which is what I love about him (the most).
