I mean, BMTH and AA have gotten slightly better, but they've been replaced with shit like Capture the Crown or Woe Is Me.

A lot of it sounds too formulaic these days

But they have a few very solid songs, like Save Me and most of the longer songs of City of Evil

It's all "NOW I'M ANGRY" then "now I'm sad you left T_T" then "NOW I'M ANGRY AGAIN" and so on.

I stopped listening to metal core at around the Beginning of 8th grade. Bands like trivium, FFDP, As I Lay Dying, Killswitch Engage and these clowns just be came so boring to me once I heard Dream Theater for the first time (who in the matter of fact I find boring currently). Its like each band in the genre shares material with each other and copy paste

Kiddie stuff. I think we just happened to be the people who wanted to dive deeper into metal and the less accessible stuff. Once we were there, we realised how average and basic metalcore is these days

"Ugh I don't know if I can handle BMTH. Though they've never done anything as bad

as this"

Suicide Season and Sempiternal are cool, the rest of their discog is pretty bland.

t/t is probably the worst. It actually has a couple of decent songs on it, like Requiem, but they're still pretty average

Haha nice one Arcade. No doubt they would have been told a million times that they made a cover album, which will hopefully prompt them to do something more original

Heretic and Coming Home are the least awful [2] and maybe Acid Rain.

"i'll never forget live when they went into the t/t I shouted "THUNDERSTRUCK! YES!" and saw m. shadows give me this

miserable and depressed look"

I pictured it in my head and I giggled, as much as I like their earlier works they called the hate they are receiving.

Damn! On "This Means War", it sounds like they straight ripped off "Sad But True" by Metallica. Oh, and "Heretic" is a straight rip off of "Symphony Of Destruction" by Megadeth. Plus, their songwriting technique is so cliche and predictable, personally.
