got you. no shame in liking those. i definitely see the appeal, even if they're not quite for me. anime is filled with those kind of shows, but it also has a lot of good shows in other genres if you ever want to expand out.

dang yeah i've heard awesome things about trueblood too. so much good stuff on hbo, it's ridiculous. generally i stay away from currently airing shows anyways though, because i don't want to waste my time on something jumped the shark (with the underlying hope that it'll get as good as it was before).

Well there were days when Trueblood was emmy winning material, but now it's just nonsense now. Thank god it's ending haha. But yea, The Leftovers and Game Of Thrones are the shit. Fx also has Sons of Anarchy which is one of my favorite shows ever. Sad to see it end for season 7

Yeah, the writers (or maybe it's Zaheer) have been pretty smart in the way they've limited the amount of confrontations where Korra is a key player. She's OP now that she's mastered the A.S. (even though hers was pretty terrible, at least in S2) so this keeps it pretty fresh.
I'm ready for Korra to wreck shit in the finale though
