The song-writing variety here is very impressive for BDM. Barely a hint of monotony which is rather incredible for 38 mins in this general style. I love how they often segue the crushing heaviness with breaks in the form off-kilter bass grooves and wacko drum patterns (that snare!)
I mean even the little interludes are solidly placed and not as distracting as most I’ve heard.
I definitely need to bump this up
