I enjoy Body Breakdown quite a bit, but yeah, like the post above me, it just sounds too same-y.

Heh yeah that's the biggest problem, this album has like two good songs and then the rest is a copy of the quick song that was good.

Musicianship kinda redeems it.

Yep. Body Breakdown is awesome, the rest of the album is good, but I can never find myself listening to the whole thing at one time.

From what I've heard, their other albums are much better.

I thought body breakdown was thw rost on the album, and through the fire and flames and operation ground and pound are my two favorites. I also love revoltion deathsquad and cry for eternity, but the rest are too samey (well, the whole album is excpet for the closer)

The first time i heard this band, was from a South Korean who sent it to me through msn. My response was 'What the hell is this? *delete*' But 2 years down the track I decided to give it another go and i like it :/ I always assumed it was some random Korean band lol . . . shows how much i know.

starting to really get into these guys. the sheer speed of the guitars just really awe me.

i've heard they're terrible live tho..... like the solos in through the fire and the flames are totally different and simplified live.

on album tho, i think this is the most insane stuff i've ever heard

Agreed.

Save for a couple Sonic Firestorm songs, I can't stand listening to their studio work anymore though. This Message Edited On 08.06.07

Partially because I grew tired of their sound and partially because this band is one of the only two bands my brother listens to. He blares this from his room like 3 times a day pretty much every day.

Great a lbum, but Sonic Firestorm is so much better. The first four songs and "Cry For Eternity" are great, the other 3 songs are boring imo.
