He does it solo on acoustic guitar or with a full band lineup called the "Jeff Rosenstock Internet Posers" which consisted of John DeDomenici, Mike Hugenor and Kevin Higuchi at the time that they were identified as such. Jeff also played full band once on The Chris Gethard Show with John, Chris Farren, and this drummer whose name I don't know.
