alright! finally finished wolf in white van (i got delayed by exams) and it blew me away. feels like i gotta read it a bunch more times but it's one of those books where you're never gonna understand it fully but you can still take away a lot. maaaaaaaaan it's just so mountain goats; there's a morbidity in the realities described therein but a certain beauty that's resonant throughout and the hype was legit

thats why i have tried them twice. i heard they played lofi folk and that u like them but all ive heard them play is really fucking bad folk that you would hear at a mom and dad folk fest some great big sea bullshit kinda wtf is this how can anyone think this is good tbh
