Yeah it's unfortunate. I get thats just the way it is now but I don't think I'll ever appreciate overproduced drums as much as a raw performance like none so vile. Probably wouldn't notice as much if I didn't play drums because that really didn't matter to me 10 years ago

Yeah its not that I think triggering is cheating either. Its just the suffocating sound of it that I hate. I like that wide open drum sound
