What a nostalgia trip. In retrospect even though Atreyu was bland / generic compared to a lot of other metalcore acts, they were good at what they did (and honestly compared to the popcore of today, they're pretty good). Objectively there really isn't a bad song on this record, there's just nothing really special about any of it.
