The atmospheric tracks are the clear highlights to Skyrim's OST, and agreed; TES OSTs are all incredible.

I used to always listen to the whole of Skyrim Atmospheres when I would read a few years back. I was reading a really long book about these animals too and they're in the snow sometimes, in the rain, etc. Fit perfectly

I love listening to the atmospheric tracks on here and Brian Eno when I'm on vacation in natural surroundings, like Cape Cod.

are the other TES OST similar? also Talon, Eno is becoming one of my favorite artist due to these past couple of semesters being so reading heavy. dunno if you've listened, but he's done 2 albums with Harold Budd, and one with Harmonia that are, in my opinion, undisputed 5's.

I love the Harold Budd ones, and I'll check out the Harmonia one. The other Elder Scrolls soundtracks are pretty similar I'd say, this has a more epic, wintry sound to it. The others are only one CD long each.

I think Jeremy Soule actually took some of the Morrowind content and reshaped it for parts of this, so that one's very similar in places. This one's probably best.

If that new review doesn't mention fighting dragons and fucking night-elves as relatable experiences, I don't want it.

Lol

I love the oblivion soundtrack more but this one's also a classic.

I used to read this fantasy book Fire Bringer to Skyrim Atmospheres all the time. It was like the watership down to deer basically. Fit perfectly. It was amazing
