Hollow had more/better guitar work. the breakdowns allways had this other guitar giving it more atmosphere and diversity, in this case is more repetitive. thats why i also think its wrong to say they have MS influences.
i still listen to Hollow and think its a damn good EP

@shuyin i value your input because you do speak a lot of sense even if other people do not like to think so. one thing you have to taken into account is when we wrote hollow existence we were very young, me personally being 17 and one of our main influences back then being architects and august burns red. generally as we grew older we formed into what discoveries is today, its a whole lot more original in relation to hollow existence. if we brought out another cd exactly like hollow existence people would complain we are just doing the same old boring thing and funnily enough alot of stuff that didnt make it onto the hollow existence ep later got re worked and made it onto discoveries =]
