i get the argument but its the listener's responsibility to reject his politics, but i don't like the

idea of rejecting the artist simply because he/she is politically deranged. eminem's politics are

terrible, yet he rocks it because he's skillful enough to make it, at some level, understandable.

obviously, tyler is even more ridiculous, which makes it tougher, but to say i won't listen to X

artist because he/she says Y, regardless of his/her music, is a dangerous game. it also forces the

listener to take on the responsibility of all culture which is inevitably a fruitless endeavor. its

kind of like being pro-humane treatment of animals yet not a vegetarian.
