He is an awful producer. So awful that all his material sounds the same. And it actually sounds like THIS.

yea, I only feel 3.5 about it because it's got consistency to it that everything else they have done severely lacked. I also like that they got a bit heavier...but yea, no higher than 3-3.5 to me.

Different stokes for different folks.
I like the cleans..a lot, I like the melody he brings to the table. I like the harsh vocals, a lot. I think they're perfectly aggressive and they really balance out his voice.
I think the piano is superb (could have been a lot better but it most certainly serves it's purpose) and the sampling he does do (because they didn't use samples back in the day) are very well placed and used in moderation (i.e only to enhance the songs, the way it should be)
the drumming is a highlight to me, again he is aggressive but tight enough to not overuse anything more than he needs too
the bass is formidable, maybe not high enough on the mix but it's there and makes its presence known. and the guitars prove to be formidable aswell, again. Not perfect but the point of this CD was to showcase that they can all be balanced and theres no struggle for being #1 anymore. and that's why (FOR MYSELF) it works so well.

I like it. baby, I like it.
and yes Xeno I like BPB aswell, because of the instrumentation. the violins and shit, but craig brought her down immensely. This CD is fucking boss because it's the same basic thing minus some violin..and a rad singer.
