The Bon Scott era is anything but generic, the songs are very original and were of a defining character back then. Bon is a legend and the impact he made is untouchable. They only began to sound generic in the course of the Brian Johnson era when they created the same album over and over again. But even with Brian they managed to create some really good ones. They should have called it quits a long time ago though…
