Providence is what keeps this from being a 5. I mean it's not really bad or anything, it's just not even close to the level of the other songs (especially Starless).

The sheer quality of the other songs and the originality makes it a 5

Bruford puts in my fave drum performance of all time here probably.
Also, the main riff in Nightmare is disgustingly heavy m/

The thing about Bruford on here is he bridges the gap between smooth and flamboyant expertly.
He’s so loose and no two drum fills sound the same, still keeps me guessing even after many listens.

He goes so hard on one more red nightmare

Which is a fine example of his vast array of sweet drum fills, in between that heavy as hell riff too omg 6/5.

One More Red Nightmare and Starless would both make my top 5 favorite Crimson songs, along with Epitaph, 21st Century, and maybe Larks' Tongues or Frame by Frame.

Starless
Epitaph
Matte Kudasai
One More Red Nightmare
Book of Saturday
That’s my top 5. I know number 5 seems like an odd choice but it’s a beautiful track and I love Wetton’s vocals.
I’d throw Exiles in there too actually.

Yeah his singing on Discipline is really something, ranges from near irritating but still good, to amazing, and always lots of character to it.
