I agree that the chorus to Here We Are Juggernaut is pretty good, probably not their defining career chorus, but the transition into the chorus every time is superb. The bass riff is what drives the song most of the verse, and then the lead guitar in the chorus is what really makes the song great.

Not a bad album, but I would have expected better from Coheed. People seem to like this more than their last album, but I think some songs off of that one are better than anything on here.

Good Album, but some of the songs (all on the second half of the record) are just unoriginal. In my opinion, a good album, but it just can't compare to any other Coheed albums.

This album makes me miss Josh. Don't get me wrong, Chris is a great drummer and much more technical, he just doesn't fit into Coheed. They also produced the shit out of this album and it annoys me how much reverb they put on Claudio's voice. So I guess I blame Atticus Ross for pumping out the bro-ness.

I listened to this album probably 25 to 30 times. I saw Coheed live in May and they kicked ass, except for every song they played from this record, which, thankfully, they limited to 3. Seriously, what the fuck were they thinking? Muddled, electronic, whiney, totally uninspired slosh. Ughhh man, one of the biggest disappointments of the whole year. Originally rated this a 3, but after each listen, I had to drop it lower and lower. Why, Claudio? Why? I hate each and every song and might even delete this out of my iTunes/iPod altogether. Thank Christ I didn't buy the deluxe box set, or else, as Rody would say, "Heads will roll."
