Jeff should be on vox tho tbh

Could be dual vox and dual guitar. I just think I prefer Tomas's vox and lyrics, and prefer Jeff's guitar and songwriting.

It's true. Comparing them is difficult since they are two of my favorite songwriters.

The lyrics on EGN are still too much for me sometimes. I'm still learning and realizing what some of them mean 200+ listens later. And now I'm starting to regret bringing this up.

oh yea and of course Mike Park has been an essential figure in punk rock of the late '90s and '00s and is still helping to move the genre forward today. if you know of the names Alkaline Trio, The Lawrence Arms, Less Than Jake, Andrew Jackson Jihad, Big D and the Kids Table, Joyce Manor, Spraynard or Cheap Girls than you can thank Mike Park ("the reason we have careers"--Matt Skiba)

They rocked hard through Cheer Up
|

Album Rating: 4.5
I liked We're Not Happy, but they went to shit after that.
|
| |
i'll admit that i still enjoyed them all the way up to 2007 (especially the live album) but the objective drop in quality post-Cheer Up! is insane
