Album is quite the grower. Regardless, Gavin's work here is smooth as usual.

I'm not a fan of this album, in fact it's one of the worst Porcupine Tree albums in my opinion. Fear Of A Blank Planet was EXCELLENT and deep and had a lot of great tracks, The Incident has no real standouts and the whole album is just a bore.

I must be the only person here who thinks that this is their best release. "I Drive The Hearse" is unbelievably good.

Steven Wilson listened to Animals wayyyy to much when he wrote Time Flies

nah middle of time flies is a major snorefest, like the edited radio version of it waay better

@Brick: FOABP was my favorite at first. In Absentia is just the most consistent for me. I used to

think it trailed off after the first few songs too, but now I love every song.



What's your favorite song from them? It's between Blackest Eyes and Arriving Somewhere But Not Here
