scorpionstan is such a buttwipe.
hahaha. i love how people can sound so tough over the internet and expect to be taken seriously. so i felt like writing an essay on why this is a bad review. why do you care?
"12 of 42 thought this review was well written" -- i rest my case. the review sucks.

LOL, approval rate 82% majority of neg votes confined to 2 reviews, both of which are by shitty bands with fanboy armies, coincedence? I doubt it. Also big who gives a fuck, you like shit music not really my fault.

who gives a fuck? hmmm well obviously you care enough to reply. just sayin'
and i could say the same about you: so you write shit music reviews, why should i give a fuck? but i'm a bit more fair. why do i write all that crap about your review? believe it or not, it's for your benefit. i perceive a LOT of weaknesses in this review, and i simply explained why it was bad and how you could improve it. and looking at the voting tally, you might want to take my suggestions seriously.
i'm just asking you to consider the fact that you may be the real biased one here, and that this review may be poorly written.

This whole review reads like your spiting those who like it, not your honest opinion. From the first paragraph onward your set to make this out to be a horrible album. The fact you said the drumming is great and the guitarist can write some technical and catchy tunes alone should warrant this an average rating. Also you claim in your review that they've definitely improved but I see you haven't rated any of their other albums, does that mean Thrill Seeker and Messengers would be 1.5's because you said this is an improvement over their past works? Your logic just seems all over the place. Like I said, this paper reads more of you trying to prove why it sucks intead of unbiasedly listening and letting the content of your paper lead to a final score.

Yep I'm biased against bad metalcore. And also I never said it was well written, it isn't, the grammar is shocking, but I still made my point, I've also proven time and time again that I know a lot more about this genre of music and what makes it good then anyone who's given this a positive rating. So it doesn't matter at all and still you refuse to take notice of that nice little fact I pointed out earlier, this review and my BTBAM review are the only two that got neg stormed like this. I'm sorry but I find it far to coincedental that two bands with legions of fanboys attract negs because everyone who reads the review loves grammar. Yet the rest of them are all pos'd. Tell me how that works and I'll show you a green dog.

Your stupid if you think this is below average.
*You're
Also, 1.) never called them catchy I said techincal, but more flashy than effective. That means yeah they can play well but it's more them showing off then it is writing a good song, hence it's bad.
2.) I know more about this genre then you ever will, and this is nowhere near the peak of the genre. There are so many albums within metalcore that beat this that it isn't funny.
Seriously it must be so fun to be this easily impressed, I can picture you guys walking down the street and marvelling at the concept of a traffic light.

People like this a lot more than most stuff because it has an accessible edge to it, kind of like A7x's earlier work.

Alright boys, get outta the playpen....now!
Taylor: This is your review, therefore it's your thoughts on the album. I disagree with them, but that's only because of my opinion on the album. Of course you're gonna stand by your initial reasoning, why wouldn't you?
Stan: Aside from the grammatical errors (that Palace has pointed out are there) all you can say about this review is you didn't like it. Neg it for the bad grammar, and leave it. The argument is pointless, it'd be a lot easier to give each of you a gun, put your backs together and march 10 paces before turning and firing. This back and forth between you 2 will solve nothing.
And this comment: Your stupid if you think this is below average.
Well, you're stupid if you think yours is the only opinion on the matter.

agreed, it all follows the same structure song after song, but it's really fucking catchy, so i over look a lot of the negatives
