Sister Sue is absolutely amazing

Sister Sue and Spanish Air are some of this album's many overcooked pudding songs
Breeze/Primal are the real deal though

love Catch The Breeze, but the album is way too hazy for me

I've been intentionally putting off playing this album for a very long time.
Spent the past two days spinning it and I've really grown to enjoy it. Catch the Breeze and the last three tracks are my main takeaways.

Spanish Air is a great opener. In fact the initial run here is pretty stronk. I still like this a fair amount despite it not being on par with their (considerable) best work
Bonus: if you endure the slight unevenness of the back half, the expanded version has all the early EPs to follow (admittedly I never listen to it all, but the Slowdive EP is far too tempting)

I've been spinning this one a lot these past two months.

Nice. I certainly prefer it to their post-Pyg material

Snagged this baby on vinyl and it sounds gorgeous. One of the best bands ever.

Leaning further on the side of this is maybe underrated aka what Ghandi always taught us, rather than it failing to 'compare'
there's room for all (okay 'most') of the Slowdive's repetoire and scratches a different itch for the most part
"one of the best bands ever" (2)
