TDS is a MICRON better?
Oi.
And Fragile is pretty good.

Into the Void is probably the best NIN song. Ever.

But comparing this to TDS is like comparing apples and oranges dude. They're both well developed, incredibly well planned, and superb for a solo artist.

Big Come Down slays so hard. Def the most hard hitting song in his catalog musically.

Hell yeah. LITS tour was so cool to watch.
Also, seeing a lot of the new songs live made me lurrvv them a ton more. Vessel blew me away, and with the red explosion of lights I was even more in awe.

Yeah I don't even know what Ghosts songs he played, but that shit was amazing to see live. I wish did some sort of live recording of the album. That would have been the tits.

I'm sure he'll tour again in the future. Live DVDs just don't cut it for me.

Yeah, I'm hopeful too. He'll come around and wanna do a small NIN leg of tour eventually.
And yeah dude there's nothing quite like it when you're there with Trent. It's 100 times better. So intense. It got super sweaty though.

^^^ This, and silentpotato, you articulated what I was trying to say about the two albums. The TDS concept is phenomenal, but the music on The Fragile is near untouchable for a solo artist (though there really was a lot of collaboration in-studio for this ;) )
Crazyblinddude: The LITS tour was amazing for me, too. There's so much HD footage out there, official audio bootlegs, as well as 'The Gift', plus a lot of other fan-made bootlegs - get to it! But of course, I'd love to see the man live in concert again - maybe even meet him!

Yeah, I have one of those fan made HD bootlegs that was famous. I forget what it was called.

Aw yeah I love putting on the live DVD's. That's actually what made me want to see them live to begin with.
And the fan made DVD was awesome. I actually thought I got screwed out of it when it didn't come when they said it would, but when I got back home for winter break it was totally sitting in the mailbox and I blasted that shit the first chance I got.

Very jealous. I did get to talk to him briefly once. It was so exciting. He was nice, but was a little
in a hurry, hence the brevity.

Dude that's pretty sick. I love getting the chance to actually talk to the artists. They're just people like you or me, from the ones I've talked to.
Actually the nicest musician I've met would have to be the lead singer for Touche Amore. He actually talked in a kinda high voice, which was kinda funny I thought. But was super polite and we had a nice conversation before Envy started playing. He even hugged me lol.
