i LOVE avenged sevenfold. there music is AWESOME, to me when M. Shadows told the world about no screaming, i was a little upsett, but when i heard the record i was BLOWN away... to me a good singer can scream his guts out and sing normally straight after and Matt proved to me by this album he could do just that.. so i say ROCK on Avenged cant wait till Aug 17 to see u play live..

These guys were pretty fvck awesome I thought at Download on Saturday. Beast & the Harlot, To End the Rapture and Eternal Rest were all sweet. Not to forget Synester Gates' little solo session! This Message Edited On 06.14.06
Have you heard of Howard Jones? Jesse Leach? Brock Lindow? Phil Labonte?
Don't bring up Jesse Leach, that was a huge mistake.

You were saying that Shadows isn't the only person who can do that, then you bring up Jesse who was forced to leave his band because he had next to no technique. You'd be fine with the other ones just not him.

All I'm saying is, if you're gonna knock someone for not having strong vocals don't use the name of someone who was about an inch away from surgery and not screaming again.

These guys are very talented, I love the drummer. I'm a drummer myself but what the Rev does is crazy. He does bouble bass through out most the songs and if you're a drummer and do double bass, you'll know it gets very tiring after a while. My legs aren't that strong enough for that yet. The guitar solos were amazing also. This is such an awsome album, even though there isn't much scremo action going on it was still like nothin' I've ever heard. I love it!

I'm kinda glade they got rid of the screaming too. That's what makes this album as good as it is.

I didn't like the screamin much either. I lke screamin, but I don't think scream and A7x went together.

^Are you a girl like your'e name says? Ive only met 2 girl drummers in my life and they were both hot as hell.

Ah... Cyber love. It's sort of like Jungle Love, but far less passionate and far more nerd-ish. Honestly, though, I don't like this band whether they scream or not.

He has his moments, like Trashed and Scattered and Blinded in Chains.

You still shouldn't rate an album you haven't heard in its entirity...

And I still don't understand what people see in Shadows' new vocals...This Message Edited On 06.21.06

I think it's a nice change from screaming. Don't get me wrong, i loved WTF, but its nice to hear something different. And personnaly i enjoy 80's metal and this cd had some ressemblances to it but with a modern touch added.
