i would actually say Awake is better than Images too but these three are by far their top 3 and not far away from each other

eh I'd put Awake a tier below both but it still rules hard. I have a real soft spot for Black Clouds as well and am one of the few people who would rank that album amongst DT's best.

Black Clouds has its moments (latter half of TCoT omg) but overall it's not that great for me. i think Octavarium and 6DOIT are their best behind the "big 3"

Octavarium for me is too inconsistent. It has its amazing moments but also it's dud's. I've never been able to get into 6 degrees, I dunno why :/.

I don't like Octavarium much, in fact I'd probably put in my bottom 4 DT albums.

6DOIT is usually considered as their 4th best so that's pretty weird but each to their own. for me the only bad song on Octavarium is The Answer Lies Within
