don't find this boring, just gotta appreciate the slow burning landscape created by this, gotta learn to enjoy the slowest things

Odal is so beautiful, as is the first half of The Hawthorne Passage. This band has such a way with atmospheres and ambience, displayed best here despite how fantastic the surrounding releases are.

Agreed hard dude. The second half of Hawthorne Passage isn't all that great tbh, but it's not even close to enough to make this anything but a 5.

It's good but kind of comes out of nowhere, it's not the best compositional choice after the ambience following the relaxing first half, but it doesn't harm the listening experience for me.

I like the bump in energy. Album would get a little too drifty without it.

that twangy guitar, man. they just have some of my favourite guitar tones on this album, both acoustic and electric.

"as is the first half of The Hawthorne Passage"

it was the one that got me into this but now it has become one of my least favorite parts of the album

Been listening to this album a bunch recently, and tbh I kinda wish the second half of The Hawthorne Passage wasn't a thing
