@facupm I have Crimson and absolutely love it, where should I go from there?
@Pleb Haven't heard of them, I'll look 'em up.

I think Crimson II and Purgatory Afterglow are the other good EoS albums.

Maybe overall as an album but Harlequin Forest and Ghost of Perdition are probably better than any
90's Opeth imo. Except maybe April Ethereal

This has been demoted to like a 4.2. I actually prefer Watershed to this now

Bring it on. Ghost of Perdition is like the most typical Opeth song done in all the right ways. However saying it beats The
Moor, When and Demon is quite the statement

I don't know what album I like more, honestly. I think Ghost Reveries.
Both are fantastic anyway.

The Moor is like their most overrated song on this site (it's great but I prefer the other heavys on SL), and GOP is certainly more dynamically interesting and varied than When or Demon, despite also being top 'Peth

Oh that's definitely true (about GOP being more varied). Hmm, tough one, but GOP is definitely right up there in their best songs. The Moor is awesome dude! I'd say it's their second best song of all time, but Godhead's lament is decent too. Other than that, I don't actually like SL that much
