ya 4.5/5 no classic status until I figure out exactly what it's all about. "so much for music as we know it" happened with Wagner, Schoenberg, and Glass but I wouldn't say their stuff is among my all-time favorites despite that acknowledgement.

it's rare to 5 an album on first listen anyway, this and Skinny Fists were 4.5s for a little while
