To Bring You My Love, a lot of The Gathering’s material (even if it spills over into ‘art-rock / prog or whatever), early QOTSA, Nick Cave.
Probably loads more if I thought about it properly. The whole ‘90s’ restriction is kind of weird but also I get it, because the term is a weird one
