I always pronounce the "geo" like it sounds in "geode" with the soft g but I am pretty sure it's supposed to be pronounced with both g's hard

however you say it, as long as you say it with the cadence of a small child who doesn’t have speaking down 100% its probably correct.

that's a good take lol. Part of the mystery element in the album is knowing not knowing how to say the title correctly

the first soft g just sounds natural for associated language reasoning, but I would likely go ahrd on the second one (cannot recall the last time audibly announcing it was warranted)
one of the great mysteries of life

everyone pronounces it wrong;for some reason people opt for the soft g. having a french name in the states isn't ideal

" reminds me of the un-wound unwound from a few years back"
... is the pronunciation of "unwound" up for debate?
Un-wound like to heal one's wound? lol

your surname is Gignac?
pretty cool
(would be amazing if this was true, lol... not really that similar but starts with what I believe is a hard g, idk)

Haha close!! His name gets botched too. Mexican Spanish its a hard g, French it’s soft-doubt he cares tho. I don’t either anymore tho it is a similar situation to mine but it’s English speakers opting for soft, and French speakers correctly using a hard g.
